Pilates
A gentle, low impact but full body strength workout which will improve flexibility and mobility and build core strength. Concentrating on balance and postural alignment whilst focusing on breathing, de- stressing and relieving the mind and body of any tension whilst stretching and relaxing.

Total Body Workout
It does what it says! A class combining aerobics and cardiovascular exercise with conditioning work. It will burn calories and fat as well as tone the whole body.

Option to use small hand weights and resistance bands if you wish - These are supplied however feel free to bring your own. Some exercises are floor based but mats are provided, again feel free to bring your own if you wish.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, minimum age 14. All exercises and
choreography is easy to follow and can be adapted so everyone can
work at their own level.

All classes are pay as you go, no booking necessary – Just turn up!
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
No classes on Bank Holidays.

Both venues have plenty of car parking space and changing facilities.
